Do I have to have an active online store for this to work?
No, we'll create the complete online store for you including the store layout, cart functionality and payment processing. If you create a website later with e-commerce capability, change our integration setting and we'll forward the buyer checkout to that new site.
Is the mobile store free for all accounts?
The mobile store is completely free for all ShopTab accounts. It's included with your monthly subscription and there are no additional charges for the mobile shop.
What are my checkout/payment options?
You have several options for payment inside of your shop. You can use our integrated payment cart for credit, debit, and PayPal payments, you can connect to an existing website if you already sell somewhere else, or you can use our Cash-On-Delivery (COD) option if you want payment upon pick up or delivery of your items.
Can I change my plan later?
Absolutely! Upgrading or downgrading your plan can be done at any time with just a few clicks.
Are there any hidden fees or charges? No. ShopTab only charges the flat monthly subscription fee. There are no transaction fees, extra charges, or hidden costs.
Can I cancel my account at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your ShopTab account at any time. If you choose to cancel before the end of your 7-day trial, you will not be charged.
