How To Use PayPal With Your Facebook Shop: 4 Steps

Facebook store PayPal cartOne of the biggest benefits of opening a Facebook shop is the ability to keep your customers inside of Facebook, without forcing them to enter another website.

Using an integrated cart or PayPal while selling in Facebook is the easiest way to accomplish this goal.

Following new evidence that Facebook rewards posts that keeps users inside the social network, it’s easy to see why using PayPal with your Facebook shop is a great option for social sellers.  Customers get to add items to their cart without leaving their favorite social platform, and PayPal gives you a powerful way to process, organize, and analyze your Facebook shop transactions.

Are you looking to start a Facebook store with an integrated PayPal cart? Look no further! Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to make it happen:

Step 1: Sign Up For a Free PayPal Business Account

If you don’t already have a PayPal account, don’t worry. It’s simple to get signed up. Just go to PayPal’s website, fill out the information and connect your account.

Step 3: Shipping and Taxes

You can control your shipping rates and taxes inside of your PayPal account (or set a flat rate through ShopTab), and then all of those settings will automatically be added to your items in ShopTab (keep in mind that PayPal’s shipping and taxes settings vary by country).

Step 4: Add and Promote Your Facebook Shop Products

You can add products manually to your shop or with a product file. After you’ve added your products, you can promote your shop to your fans and start to drive sales. If you promote with high quality images and follow Facebook’s new algorithm guidelines, you’ll be selling in no time!
